This is how it works...
In advance, we provide your company with our song list so preselected teams of 1-6 can choose which songs they would like to sing, work out who sings what parts and also plan for any costumes to be organized for the day of the event etc.
Come event day, each team will have the opportunity to perform one of their two picks with judging done by creativity, showmanship, costumes and applause. The top two teams will showdown using their 2nd song and the winning team will be judged by way of applause by their fellow peers.
As well as coming together as a team to solve a problem from the planning stages to execution, using karaoke as one of your team building ideas gives your employees the thrill and excitement that comes with performing on stage in front of a group of people and giving each and every one of them a sense of accomplishment.
